FRAMING: If the painting is an odd size like 9 x 11//You will need to purchase a frame that is ( ex.11 x 14/12 x 16 or even16 x 20 for a larger wall space) an 8 x 10 mat opening inside the frame, preferably nothing smaller than 8x 10 since it will cover up more of the art if framing this way.

This is a 16x20 frame with 8x10 mat opening, 9x11 painting placed underneath the mat ;) 

  It can also be framed by placing your art centered over the mat with painters tape or mounting tape (so that you can show off the entire painting), this can be very inexpensive and look beautiful.

A white or light brown wood frame is recommend and you can purchase online (Amazon, Target, Crate & Barrel or have it professionally framed.

RIGHTS TO IMAGES/ DIGITAL PRINTS: The Artist reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work to promote her work. All reproduction rights are retained by the artist herself. Any purchased artwork may not be reproduced by any process without proof of permission of Jennifer herself. We Do not sell digital files of paintings at this time. If you would like to use one of her paintings for an invite or similar, please purchase the painting you want to use & scan it. YOU ALSO NEED TO LET HER KNOW. Attempting to sell reproductions of prints or paintings will result in legal action.

RETURNS: All Sales are final. Unless there is a mistake in the listing. If you are unsure if the colors are what you are needing for your space. Please ask for more photos, we would love to help you :)

Colors: Colors may vary depending on the monitor settings.

Deposit on commissions is non-refundable due to the time and supplies used.

POLICIES: Subscribers are Emailed to notify them about painting release and there will be multiple social media posts regarding dates and times of the painting releases. It is a first come first serve basis as all my work is custom and one of a kind. Due to the nature of the "Art release system" sales are out of our control who does or does not place an item in their cart and proceed to checkout fastest.

SHIPPING: All Original Art over $250 will have added shipping insurance included in case of the event that it is damaged by the postage system.

Artwork will be shipped 5-7 Business days.

SHIPPING LARGE PAINTINGS: ************Any Painting larger than/////////// 36 x 48 will be taken off the stretcher bars and rolled in a tube to ship or can schedule to ship in Crate for added shipping cost. (See Details in description of painting for shipping)

SHIPPING SMALLER PAINTINGS: 12 x 16 or smaller are usually shipped USPS, depending on the location you live and paintings larger are shipped through UPS. Recycled boxes for smaller works are used most of the time to help mother earth.

Paintings are shipped about twice a week.
