The question is not what you look at but what you see.

Light and Airy
Light and Airy This series is about growth, releasing what is heavy,...

Why do I create?
As an artist, I focus on expressing how I see and experience life. Having peace and gratitude keep me grounded, feeling alive. I stay more present and full of wonder.
I can't go outdoors without noticing even the smallest of moments around me... the wind blowing the multi-colored blades of grass. The warm sun sparkling through the limbs of the ever expanding trees. All the birds with their shimmering iridescent feathers dancing and whistling beautiful poetry & when you look closely at the clouds slowly moving molding themselves into animals and so much more.
I have realized that not everyone sees these moments. My goal is to capture this when I'm working on a piece.
I create a reimagined heightened moment using multiple layers, color and textures, so that through my work I can give you the same permission to pause...notice the things that do matter. If a piece of mine brings that light to you, then I have achieved my mission.
